When posting within Australia we send all parcels express post for easy tracking purposes.
If more than 1 item is purchased you are not charged any extra for shipping.

A tracking number will be sent out via email once your item has been shipped.

  

Overseas post: 

Postage overseas are sent international registered Post. We do this to safeguard your jewellery.

 A tracking number will be sent out in an email once your item has been shipped.

Free shipping within Australia on orders over $350

Terms & conditions

All Toby Eagle jewellery is individually hand made with love and care which means each piece takes a different amount of time to make. The time it will take to make will be specified next to each listing under availability.

If you have need for a faster delivery please email us as we would love to help out. 
All pieces will be packaged in Toby Eagle jewellery's personalised boxes and organic cotton pouches.

 Returns policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind.

We want to make certain that you are completely happy with your purchase, and every effort is made to ensure the finest quality and workmanship goes into our work. 
However if you receive your purchase and find it is faulty at arrival please contact us via email. If the item is sent back in its original packaging within 7 working days of receiving it you will be fully refunded for the price of the item but will not be refunded for shipping charges and Paypal fees.

Please ensure if purchasing a ring your ring size is correct. We use Australian/ British ring sizing (alphabetical) If in doubt of you ring size you can get your finger sized at any local jewellery shop.
