All TobyE jewellery is hand made with love and care. Producing so many pieces can get busy at times so please allow 3- 7 working days for your jewellery to be made plus delivery time.
If you have need for a faster delivery please email me and I would love to help out.

All pieces will be packaged in TobyE personalised organic cotton pouches.

Please choose carefully as I do not refund or exchange due to change of mind.

I want to make certain that you are completely happy with your purchase, and every effort is made to ensure the finest quality and workmanship goes into my work.
However if you receive your purchase and you find it is faulty at arrival please contact me via email. If the item is sent back in its original packaging within 7 working days of receiving it you will be fully refunded for the price of the item but will not be refunded for shipping charges and Paypal fees.

Please ensure if purchasing a ring your ring size is correct. I use Australian/ British ring sizing ( alphetical) If in doubt of you ring size you can get your finger sized at any local jeweller.

Australia Post:
When posting within Australia I like to post by express post for easy tracking purposes.

If more than 1 item is purchased a combine shipping discount is calculated.

All orders over $400 recieve free shipping.

Overseas post:
Postage overseas is normally by Registered Post. To safeguard your purchase it is recommended that all high value jewellery be sent by registered mail and insured.

Please contact me before purchasing for a detailed costing as each item will be different depending on weight, size and destination.
